Rob Campbell

Owner
Rob is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and former Brigade Commander in the 101st Airborne Division. Rob is a leadership author, speaker, and entrepreneur. He is the owner of All About Blinds Window Fashions - a thriving business in Johnson City, Tennessee. Rob doesn't hire employees, he invests in people. He leads men and women of character who commit to serving customers and the community. Cody Burke

Director of Painting
Cody Burke is a residential and commercial painter with over 7-years experience. Cody's brother David, a U.S. Army Veteran took his own life following his service in Iraq. Cody is driven daily to honor his brother's service and memory by supporting other veterans and delivering excellence to our customers and our community. He takes the time to understand a customer's needs and he is laser-focused on quality of work. ¡Cody habla español!

Emily Liles is an expert at customer service and conflict resolution. She brings years of experience in apartment complex management and product sales to our painting customers. Emily has a minor degree in psychology and is the mother of a 7-year old daughter, Ellison. Emily is All About serving our customers and our community.
